Am I overreacting????

Last night my brother got in a very bad car wreck around 6pm, hit another vehicle head on and is in critical condition. My fiancee heard about the crash right away, the er called him. And my fiancee didn't inform me of my own brother being in a wreck until 11pm. I'm pissed and obviously worried about my brother and go straight to the hospital. I think it's fucked up that he didn't tell me, I would have if it was his brother. My fiancee hasn't apologized and thinks he did nothing wrong. Am I overreacting???
