he won’t take my baby to the hospital

Me and my fiancé were in a car accident with the baby and he won’t take the baby to the hospital I’m assuming because he doesn’t wanna he in trouble because it’s his fault. he was swerving back and forth and hit something. I’m worried my baby could be having brain damage from it and my fiancé has hurt me for asking to take him to the hospital to make sure he’s okay. He says the baby is fine and nothing happened but the baby is having slower reactions and I seriously think he was hurt, but if I mention it I get screamed at or hit. I can’t drive, my mom is coming over now so hopefully she helps me but I’m so worried about my baby
