Lost condom?

Okay so when my boyfriend comes home from college we often spend a lot of time “making up for lost time” which includes plenty of sex, with condoms as protection. Well this past weekend we were having sex and I’m assuming that the condom slipped off inside of me?? Because today I was using the bathroom and notice a weird smell, and assumed maybe it was just discharge, low and behold hours later while using the bathroom a condom fell out of my vagina! I’m quite nervous as to what could’ve happened/ what could’ve brewed down there. Should I be worried for infection or anything??? Besides pregnancy, I was on my period at the time and just finished it last night.
