Implantation bleeding? What are the chances that I could be pregnant?

Just wondering what the chances are that I could be pregnant? AF isn’t due for another 5 days, but I’ve been having slight cramping and then this when I wiped.. I don’t think it’s my period that is coming but then again who knows as I do have irregular periods. Any insight would be appreciated !
