Bleeding/Spotting? IDK 😩

so starting yesterday afternoon through out today I’ve been having bleeding or spotting ONLY when I wipe. I’m wearing a pad. It’s clean until I wipe then I either get the top picture or the bottom. I had a D&C 2/5 so I’m not sure it’s my period. It’s only been two weeks. I’m not sure what this is? I didn’t bleed more than a day after my d&c and that was much different (darker, thicker) does ovulation bleeding look like this? Implantation? I’m sorry if this all sounds dumb. I’m just SO TIRED of bleeding and not knowing why. 😔
