Implantation bleeding or start of period?

Question

I’m 13 dpo and 1 day before I’m supposed to start af. I’ve had sore breasts for a week and had light cramping a few days ago. Today when I wiped I had light pink spotting on the paper. 
I don’t feel like how I normally do when I’m about to start my period. All the symptoms I’m having make me think I’m pregnant but I don’t want to get mine or my husbands hopes up. 
Could it be implantation bleeding or just an abnormal start to my period?
