Worst day of my life

I was told weeks ago based on my betas that I miscarried. Over a week later after failed Cytotec they were slowly rising and I was told it must be ectopic and to go to the ER for methotrexate right away. There they found on an ultrasound a baby with a strong heartbeat despite me lightly bleeding since the start of my pregnancy, taking the Cytotec and my horrible betas. My obgyn had horribly misdiagnosed me. They didn’t want to do anymore betas since they found a heartbeat. Today I got my follow up ultrasound and found that the baby had not grown since that last ultrasound and it’s heard had stopped beating. I’ve missed two days of work total which should have been marked as PTO and just got a text from my good friend who is also my boss that because of my “lack of productivity” I’m being demoted. This is literally the worst day of my life and I need to vent something fierce.
