I'm confused as to why so many people voted yes. Most girls dream about their wedding. Of course when the real day is being planned, your partners desires should be considered completely but it's not weird at all to have your ideas already planned out!

I think it’s nice to have like small wedding ideas or a picture of a dream wedding in your head, but I don’t think you should like fully plan things and look up prices of things or buy things and write everything down like you’re actually planning a weeding for it to happen in a year. I think that’s weird and not fair to the other person who isn’t even in your life yet because they won’t have much of a say unless you’re open to changing your plans.

Weddings are about two people. If my husband had told me after he proposed that he had already chosen everything, I would have felt like it was about him wanting a wedding rather than him wanting to have a lifelong relationship with me
