Anyone else have bad back pain with UTI?

So I was told that I had the flu and a UTI... well I started vomiting and having bad back pain (not cramping or any pelvic pain) but that’s it, and I think it was caused from the UTI. Anyone else have any of the same symptoms?!

The infection could have travelled to the kidneys. This is not good. I'd go to the doctor asap

Yes I had this with my UTi. I was prescribed antibiotics by my OB.

Could also be kidney stones, they are common in pregnancy and that’s how I felt with mine. It started out feeling like a uti then I got intense pain in my back that made me physically ill.
