Do I need an infant insert for the lillebaby complete airflow?

I just got the lillebaby complete airflow...do I need a infant insert or use a blanket to wrap to put underneath? Anyone have one that can share photos or experience?

I think that's the one I have...mesh, right? You fold the seat in a bit for infants, it snaps into place.   I didn't use it until she was around 10 pounds, i think, because she liked the wrap better when she was tiny.
