Fever with body aching and mucus cough... Do I go to the Dr. Or just take Tylenol pain & fever? I'm 33+ wks

How high is your fever? 
I had the same aches and a fever of 100-101 degrees plus an awful headache on Sunday evening. I took Tylenol but that’s all I had. I called my Ob Monday morning and they didn’t want to see me - they told me to go to an urgent care place to get tested for the flu. My OB’s nurse made it sound like their own office didn’t do flu tests or the like. 
I ended up being positive for flu type A. I got Tamiflu and a Z-pack. 
So.... I would say if you can make it through the night, call your OB in the morning. They may want to see you or send you to an urgent care. 
Try to stay hydrated!!

I’d go to the doctor. Fevers can cause preterm labor so they want to monitor closely

It depends on how high your fever is. I would call and ask. I got a bug a few weeks ago, had a fever of 100.7. They weren’t concerned about that, but they were concerned about the fact that I threw up nonstop for 16 hours and couldn’t even keep a sip of water down. They made me go to triage for fluids. Baby was perfectly fine, they just didn’t want me getting dehydrated.
