Sneak peek or ultrasound at 20 weeks?! Idk what I want to do

I wanted to wait for the ultrasound at first! The anticipation and excitement really builds up and then you get to see with your own eyes and it's just such an intimate experience with spouse! But now I'm having second thoughts about the blood test, I'm eager to find out and start decorating and buying stuff. Not sure what I want to do. Any opinions? Experiences? Thoughts or opinions? Just kinda want to start a chat about this on here

You can always look and find a private ultrasound place most start doing gender ultrasounds at 14 weeks.

We did the early testing and just found out at 13w2d and I wouldn’t change a thing about that decision!!!

i thought i wanted to wait aswell but my blood test to check for chromosomal abnormalities came back along with the gender so i caved and got an early scan at a private ultrasound place because i couldn't not know forsure! now babygirl already has 80 outfits momma and her aunties have bought and it's bringing so much joy! i'd do it if you really want to! private ultrasound places are so amazing aswell making the experience so nice and calm and peaceful!

If you do sneak peak get a drs office to help you with it it’s really easy to contaminate the sample. Ours said boy and now a private scan says most likely girl so we don’t know what to think. Get it done professionally.

I had my mom who’s a nurse help me and we followed everything perfectly! I got girl and I trust that since obviously there’s no male contamination! I even shipped it to her house since she lives alone and we scrubbed down the kitchen counter and covered it in bags before starting. Follow it to a T and it’s accurate!

We used a private ultrasound office. We got to see our little girl at 15w5d in 2d, 3d/4d. We also got pictures in 3d and got a teddy bear with her heart beat for the same price as going to have the sneak peek done. ($130)

I watched YouTube videos of people doing sneak peek. Some of them were like blood baths 😂 that was enough for me to rule that out completely.
