Constant moro/startle reflex after vaccines?

Yesterday my daughter got her first set of shots since shes 2 months old. Doctor had me give her tylenol for her swollen legs since they were hurting.

When i went to give her; her nightly bath and was hust undressing her she began doing the startle reflex and it horrified her. Then she did it over and over. She was scared. It was definitely the startle reflex and not a seizure because she's been had it since she was born but would only do it once in a blue moon when she was asleep.

Since yesterday shes been doing it during even diaper changes and changing her clothes and i do that on my bed not a changing table. Shes never done this over and over like that. She immediately calms down when i touch her and brings her arms together, like if i see she's about to do it and i hold her hands comfortingly she's fine.

Idk if the shots made her loopy and shes just still under the effects and its making her like this or what. I didnt give her any Medicine today since her legs were feeling better its just that it makes me feel awful seeing her look so terrified.

She saw her pediatrician yesterday too and she said she was good and healthy but i know she didnt have this over and over again reflexes before the shots so i just find it weird. Please anyone has any ideas???
