So I got suddenly sick like with a cold. I haven't been able to breath well I coughed THIS up. Should I go to the doctor?help...? Btw I can breath now..

Follow up with your primary doc if concerned. If phlegm is yellow or green, it means your fighting an infection off. Probably just an upper respiratory infection

Looks like solid phlegm that got stuck in your nasal passage. If you blow your nose to hard you can burst blood vessels. I would go to the dr if you feel bad or sick and have them look at the picture.
