It's hard to tell because these ultrasounds are very ripply to begin with but she very well could!

I have 3 boys age 9 6 and 2 weeks old and all 3 of my boys have dimples I cannot believe it my husband has 1 dimple and our oldest has 1 dimple and our 2 youngest has 2
