Please help me... first time mommy.

Please help me... I’m a first time mommy and this is my beautiful rainbow. I was admiring my sonogram picture from the other day and I noticed there being a “bump” on my placenta (by baby’s face). I asked in a group what they thought and they said fibroid, cyst, etc... I’m having a complete meltdown and I’m terrified to loose another sweet baby.

I see a specialist due to infertility issues and I had a sonogram with my OB (she did it) last week and I would have thought of something looked abnormal she would have said something? I’m wondering if it’s shadowing or something maybe... my placenta is anterior.
