So my 6 month old is teething! He just had his 6 month check up with shots & his doctor says he’s perfect! Hearing that makes me one happy momma!

With him teething he’s been extra fussy , clingy ( always wanting to be cuddled & just held ) but he’s also drooling nonstop; constantly wanting his hands in his mouth & lately has had a really bad either stuffy or runny nose! When it’s stuffy & he can’t breathe thru it i use either Saline Drops or Spray & suction his nose with either a bulb nasal aspirator or a battery powered aspirator that sucks it all out BUT here recently when we go to suction there’s blood in his snot the snot is clear , i know they say if it’s green it’s a sign of infection. I’ve read that it could just be irritated nasal cavities & to take it easy with suctioning his nose but idk what else to do to clear him up! We use breathing treatments , have a cool mist humidifier & sit in bathroom with steam!

i’m going to call his doctor tomorrow just to make sure everything’s okay but wanted to see if any of you moms dealt with the same issue before & what you did to help your babies!
