I am pregnant or am I freaking out for nothing

So a week of so ago I got really bad cramps and I did have sex right before my period but I got weird like cramps that are not my normal period cramps when I was predicted to get my period. I ended up getting it a few days after that and I had it for one day and then I just skipped an entire day and didn’t bleed at all, it came back the next day and i had it for a few more days. I have had really bad like stomach pains or cramps but not my normal cramps after my period ended to the point where I like want to cry. Also I don’t have acne ever except when its that time of month and now i have chest acne and pimples all over my face. Am I just over thinking or should I take a test?
