7 was bleeding and hcg not doubling

I posted a couple days ago that I was bleeding, I went to the er and they told me I had a hemmorage behind the baby and they were worried that it was detaching the baby from the uterus lining, they did an vaginal ultrasound and I saw the baby and I saw the heart beat so I figured that everything was okay!!

they also did a hcg level check and it was 60,000 they asked me to go in again in two days to have it checked again and it only went up 5,000... does everything point to me losing the baby? Has anyone dealt with this and went to have a happy healthy baby? Please pray for me and my little bean inside of me!!!
