Hate speech vs freedom of speech (TW racial violence)
So I had found this on IG and did a little digging to see if it was true. Sadly, turns out it is. I’m personally disgusted and genuinely curious as to why this man isn’t jailed for terrorist threats.
What are your thoughts? Does this fall under “hate speech” (at the very least)? Or does this fall under his “freedom of speech/press etc”
