Tips for keeping the face looking young?!

I have terrible frown lines and I’m only 22! Help please. Needing advice. WHAT REALLY WORKS GUYS? 
I don’t want product suggestions unless they legitimately work.

I’m an esthetician and the most important thing I can tell you is water! Second, you will have to get professional products if you want to see an actual difference in your skin and stay away from drug store as it’s just mostly filler product. 
You need to get on a regimen and I’d suggest finding a local esthetician who can look at your skin and tell you exactly what you need. But most likely it will be at least a good cleanser, some time of retinol and vitamin c, eye cream and moisturizer. I personally love and use PCA brand but there’s many different types of these products within PCA, so I couldn’t tell you which ones to use specifically without physically seeing your skin. Hope that helps even a little!

Stay hydrated. Out of the sun. Don’t smoke. Drink or do drugs. Stress levels as low as you can. Kids and bad relationships age you too. Exhaustion. Get enough sleep. All things that age you.  I’m 40 and look 20. Also good genes. My moms 72 and looks 40.

My friends grandma she was like 100 and french and she looked like a 60 year old movie star she said the key to her amazing skin was using anti wrinkle creams from 20 cooking everything with olive oil and drinking ALOT of water and the odd glass of red wine lol ( she was a funny lady)
