TMI INGROWN HAIR HELP

Hi I’m really sorry about the hair ! I haven’t shaven in a while. This is the most painful ingrown hair I have ever had down there, it is so so sore and very big. What do I do? I’ve tried squeezing it gently but it just hurts too much. Could it be a boil ?? Help !
