True contractions?! 36 wks
Had a few sporadic “episodes” last night. Woke up breathless with severe tightening of my uterus. Felt like someone knocked the wind out of me but it only lasted about a minute. They were so random and only a few. Def scared me and nothing like BH I’ve been having. Nothing so far this morning.
Wondering if they were true contractions? Will they keep happening? Should I go to work today?
