Fever in 7weeks 6days!!!!!

I’m loosing my appetite and also having some fever......Specially when I eat something I feel so nauseous but no vomiting and my body becomes so warm....During my fever my eyes burnt a lot....This is my first pregnancy so I’m so worried.....please help me
