First IUI cycle : 4 mature follicles... too much ?

Question

US showed 4 mature follies sizes 14, 14, 15 and 18 mm. Discussed multiple pregnancy risk with doctor and decided to go ahead and trigger.  IUI tomorrow. We are okay with twins and our clinic will do selective reduction if 3 and more.  I am wondering if someone here had to make the same decision ?

I did not have to make that decision. I had 6 mature follicles, and my doctor triggered me.
