Yeast Infection or BV??

Question

This might be tmi but I’m starting to panic...I don’t get off work before planned parenthood closes and i don’t have insurance, so i can’t go to the doctor. but i’m pretty sure i have a yeast infection, or BV. It kind of stinks, which is why I think it’s BV. Does anyone know what I should do?? I’m swollen, HORRIBLY itchy, have a burning sensation wen I pee, and seriously the thickest, nastiest discharge. And for future reference, how do I avoid something like this again? Any help would be appreciated !!

This is from WebMd, “With both conditions, you may notice white or grayish discharge. How can you tell them apart? If there's a fishy smell, bacterial vaginosis is a better guess. If your discharge looks like cottage cheese, a yeast infection may be to blame. That's also more likely to cause itching and burning, though bacterial vaginosis might make you itchy, too. And you could have both at the same time.”
You could buy monistat, which is an over the counter yeast infection treatment you can get nearly anywhere, and see if it helps. If it doesn’t, you probably have BV which requires a prescription from a doctor to treat .
