Cramping.... maybe I over did it?

Question

I am 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant but this morning I had to clean my large dog's mess in his kennel pulling him to get him outside. Ever since I have been experiencing mid pelvic cramping and pulling on mostly my left side and some on my right.  I have taken it easy but I am still having pain. No bleeding or spotting.  I'm really worried even though I spoke to the nurse at my doctor's office.  Anyone have this experience?

Yes just relax lay down on your back and elevate you legs like put a big pillow under your legs or get a bottle of water and warm it up and then rap a towel around it . put it on the area that your having cramps. And you should feel better mommy..

I felt this just last night and I’m 6 weeks and 4 days. Mine was bending over folding laundry. It got so bad that I had to sit on the floor and fold the clothes there. It went away and I never got any spotting so I think I’m fine
