Hi I just wondered if any of you had had abdo pain sort of all over your stomach? Not a stabbing pain or a period pain.. more like an all over dull ache more upper than lower stomach. Also been feeling so sick today. I’m wondering if it’s a sickness type bug or just stretching but it’s been all day and even some of the night 😭 I hate stomach pain. My midwife reassured me and said it sounded absolutely normal and fine but I’m still unsure 😐 thanks x
