Worried

So this past weekend my fiance just got bk from being away. We spent the entire weekend with each other and of course we had sex. I was on my last day on my cycle so I expected bleeding. I took birth control right after. Its been 5 days since then and today I started randomly spotting. Is there something wrong? Or am I overthinking?
