Wake up routines?

We need to change up our wake up routine. Any tips? She is so grumpy lol.
Edit to add: she has a fixed wake up time so she can go to daycare and I to work.

Look up @dayswithgrey on Instagram! We’ve been doing her “breakfast invitations” except we do them after nap. My guy is grouchy after his nap (thankfully not grouchy in the morning) so doing a special activity at this time works well for us. That and a “special snack” (he usually chooses yogurt) to help combat the crabbiness

In the morning, I wait until he wakes on his own, grab a cup of coffee and sit and chat with him until he is ready to get out of his crib. Sometimes it is right away. Sometimes it takes five minutes. If it is five min I at least have a cup of coffee. So it is glorious.
