Cycle day 19 anyone

I'm on day 19 of my cycle but started having sensitive/sore nipples on Cycle day 18. I think I ovulated on day 14 or before . My cm was very watery on days 10-14 Has anyone experienced this early in their cycle? Anything I should take note of when I go to the doctors? Any advice would be helpful!
