Milk production
So we had our beautiful twin girls Monday. It’s now Thursday and my breasts are huge. I’m pumping every 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Both babies have severe tongue ties to nursing directly is not much of an option. When I pump I’m only getting about 20-25mls from each breast. I feel like the size of my breast would produce more. Any tips or advice? I’m worried I’ll get engorged. Help!
