Lump.

I've had this for probably three or four weeks now. I was able to pop it a few weeks ago and all that came out was clear fluid but it never went away and has turned a gray color? It's more or less stayed the same size as when it went down a few weeks ago but it's recently started to hurt if I mess with it but otherwise I forget that it's there because it's only when I mess with it that it hurts and the pain fades away quickly when I do. If I touch it directly it actually feels concaved now. I don't know if it means anything towards this or not but I am 6 weeks pregnant, in case that could have anything to do with it.

The hair is still trapped, and looks bruised. I've had this happen. I would try maybe some tea tree on it, or Salicylic acid. Give it time and shaving that area is just going to irritate it more.

Yup! Hubby gets those all the time. They almost feel like a well under the skin, but the hair is simply coiled and trapped. I'm an esthetician and deal with these often , you can take a new Lancet, and gently 'cut' the skin open (wont really hurt, promise, the Lancet is so small and sharp, you wont feel much discomfort with the actually breaking of the skin) squeezing it will irritate it, but opening it up with a Lancet, and gentle squeezing will probably release some puss-like substance and you should also find the hair coiled up inside. Simply gently flick or release the hair from inside the follicle. You can tweeze the hair out altogether also, but you might find that is the most painful part as it's slightly infected. Some antibiotic ointment or BikiniZone cream should heal it right up.
