So after 1 1/2 years of trying and 4 rounds of clomid I got pregnant in January and it turned into a chemical, then I got pregnant again and found out on the 1st of February and my hcg was as follows:

The doctor told me to expect to miscarry, my home pregnancy test lines became lighter and on 2/11 I had heavy bleeding, clotting, and cramping and assumed I had miscarried. On 2/13 I got another blood test and my hcg was still 18 so the doctor wanted to follow my levels to 0.

On 2/19 I took a home digital test that came back positive and a first response that came back with very dark lines. I got an ultrasound and blood draw on 2/20 and the ultrasound showed no signs of ectopic or anything but my hcg was at 104! The doctor thinks it’s a new pregnancy but how could I already be pregnant again? Anyone have any ideas? I’m so scared to get my hopes up after two losses.
