39 weeks labor?

Been having menstrual like cramps on and off since 2 nights ago in my lower back.. lost my whole mucus plug today and cramping got more intense 30 mins after but it’s hard for me to time them because it’s just constant cramping in my lower back and cramping in my vagina.. anyone experience this? I feel like I’m on my period.

Im having the same thing but it started after we had sex which was about 10 hrs ago and cramps are still there but I'm 36.4wks and was 1cm dilated last visit so I'm pretty sure I'm not in labor..
But for you my dear since your 39wks along you might wana give your doc a call because some women do go into labor without feeling contractions and every pregnancy is different..

I've been having period like cramps since 30 weeks and I'm 38 now 🤷 cramping is normal

I had the constant cramping a couple weeks ago around 35 weeks. It never ended up turning into full on labor but it did end up dilating me to 1.5 cm. I think it’s just pre-labor and the only thing you can really do is just wait and see if they get to a point where you can start timing them 🤷🏼‍♀️
