Moms with more than one, how many diaper bags do you carry?

At one point I had to pack for 4 kids. I only had 1 diaper bag. I learned after a couple kids I was heavily over packing my bags for 1 baby.

I have twins and I only carry a small diaper bag. At first i packed everything but now I know what all I need and I only pack essentials and a few extras lol

I have 2 (A almost 3year old and a 6 month old baby) an a backpack works fine for me. 😉
