Swollen Lips

Has anyone else encountered a swollen vagina during the last bits of pregnancy? I’m 33 weeks and the last week or so, I’ve noticed my vagina is swollen and sore. Feels as if I’ve had a bunch of sex.. which is NOT the case. Or does anyone know what it means or if I should be concerned?
