Uterine prolapse

I am 7 weeks postpartum and out of nowhere my uterus fell into my vagina! Anyone else have this happen? Did physical therapy reverse it? If so how long did it take? I’m 34 and this was my third baby. I was told only surgical option is hysterectomy.
