We have had six children and all of them with an obstetrician being born at the hospital. In the state I live in birth centers are illegal so I was considering having a midwife since I have a natural intervention free pregnancy and medication free and intervention free (as intervention free as you can get your old school doctor and the hospital to allow) delivery anyway. Does anyone have any experience is with homebirth? I’m looking to weigh the risk and the benefits if anyone cares to share either from their own experience.
