Around 10 / 12 dpo w/ random diarreah / chills / nausea

Ok so I'm anywhere from either 10 dpo the earliest to 12 dpo the latest.. Today ive felt fine all day and when I laid down for the day about 1.5 hrs after dinner I got chills and diarrhea and felt so nauseous like I could vomit but I didnt.. Anyone have this and get a BFP? Or did AF show? Just curious. I don't have many AF symptoms.. Usually I get severe cramps in my abdomen and lower back but I only haave light right sided lower back ache.
