Brown spot?!

So I have this little brown circle, it kinda looks like a mole or freckle, down there. But it’s not on the outside, it’s like on one side of the inside. If that makes sense?? Is it bad if it’s not hurting or anything? I never even knew it was there until I checked because it doesn’t feel like anything, it’s not bumpy, and everything is fine down there. Any ideas maybe?!!??
