19, college & stress

Hi Guys! Looking for advice to calm me down. My period is now three weeks late which is kind of normal for me because they can be irregular (I went from October 26th to December 26th—so skipped a month on my last cycle) but this time is different because I had sex. It was protected and lasted maybe a minute or two without either of us finishing because my pelvic pain was too bad. We checked the condom with water after & it was good! I’m concerned about the lateness this time because of that sex. I feel very crampy and tired/sick (I also think I might be coming down with the flu???) but very very crampy. I have had a lot going on over the last two months—just found out I got into nursing school, stressing about getting into nursing school and coming home for break. I’ve also put on some weight in the last year! I’m about 200 pounds right now. I have a history of depression and anxiety as well as other mental health problems—so I am trying to ease myself down and would love advice!! I will test today, but again with my anxiety, I am worried about how there stress of testing will affect my school work/mental health. Worried about going into another depressive state/breakdown! Thanks guys (:

Update:**** tested with a clear blue digital test and got a negative. Will continue to test. However, wondering how accurate the test is? I’m about a month late so a negative should be a negative right?

When I am home for break might want to check in with a OBGYN since I have a family history of PCOS.

Also just worried since I am cramping and feel like I’m coming down with the flu? (Pregnancy symptoms??) but the negative for right now has calmed me down some!
