Any suggestions?

I was taking this medicine for prenatal vitamins. I’m ttc#2. Well, this days that have taken this vitamins, I recently feel super tired and sleepy and thirsty and I don’t know if is the side effect of this vitamins. I’m thinking to change it to one day vitamins but that give me heartburn. Any suggestions on prenatal vitamins.

I used those with my last pregnancy before during and after,  and didn't notice being more tired. Currently in taking prentals my natures bounty i believe its who makes them they contain folic acid and dha. They are black in color and taste like fish lol but ive noticed i feel i have some energy. Because there are higher vitamin levels they can make you tired. I went with First Response Prenatal Vitamins and DHA gel supplements based on the fact their vitamin levels line up almost perfectly to what you need (I researched for weeks lol). 
I hope it gets better!
