Hello I received the methotrexate injection on the 27th of January. I didn’t have no bleeding afterwards what so ever. I did occasionally get very sharp pains that at one point sent me to emerg. They sent me home I continue doing bloodwork my last beta level was 25 and that was on Wed of this week. I thought I couldn’t start AF until I’ve reached 0 but this morning when I wipe I see this? I’ve also for the past day or so i’ve been experiencing period like cramps.

Anyone else have a similar story ??
