Me and a guy I been talking too were supposed to go on a date to Dav and Buster’s then get a room. I was super excited because I never been there and this whole was stressful and full of test. I even shaved for hours since I didn’t have the money to get a wax Today he texted me to tell me that his mom last minute is making him go to Mississippi with his brother for his grandmother. I was disappointed because I could have been doing something else like my girl friend wanted me to go to the movies with her but I told her I couldn’t because I was suppose to hangout with the guy I date. I feel selfish for being mad that he canceled our plans. Especially since it’s his family but I’m mad because not I’m just going to be bored in my dorm.

Does anyone have any tips not to be angry about this. Cause I feel like it’s a selfish act but I’m just disappointed and bummed. 🙁
