Does everyone have alcohol adversions if you’re pregnant

I’m NOT asking because I want to drink while pregnant. I’m asking if it’s possible because I haven’t tested yet and my period is late that I drank a beer and was fine. A lot of people say pregnant women early on get sick from alcohol and that’s there first signs... I’ve gotten many negative tests before that’s why I’m waiting on my period instead of trying to test. That’s why I wanted to know anyone could tolerate a drink only to find out you ARE indeed pregnant?
