SO, I saw my baby at 8 weeks. Strong heartbeat. Heard it on doppler at my first prenatal appointment at 11w. I want to announce at 13 weeks, but HOW DO I KNOW EVERYTHING IS OKAY?! What are the chances that my baby has a serious medical issue or something? Why do I have such a difficult time thinking baby is growing fine?

How did you get over your fear of announcing?

I'm just afraid that I should be waiting until 20 weeks when I have the anatomy scan instead...
