Okay so I’m just wondering if this was my water breaking?

I was going pee, I had a piece of toilet paper in my hand but dropped it. I leaned down to grab it (done peeing) and all of a sudden I hear more liquid hit the water in the toilet as I bent down to grab the toilet paper on the ground. I am

39 weeks. I mean it could’ve been more pee and me just not feel it.. but my dr also has told me before sometimes it’s just a trickle of water and sometimes it’s a whole lot when your water breaks. First time being pregnant so I have no idea 😂
