HELP opks & progesterone

I’m still new to them. I’m suppose to start progesterone cream after I ovulated. I know you can quit opks once you get a positive but I’m a little confused. I heard if you take the cream before you ovulate it will be delayed. Does it look like I ovulated today or will? I was thinking starting the cream tomorrow or Sunday?
