I would call if you can, I’ve had this issue before and it turned out there was a problem with my account and they just shut the internet off and never called or told me there was an issue until I called because the internet was off for more than a couple hours. If you don’t have the account information you could at least report an outage so they can fix it if that’s the problem
The WiFi is out. What should I do?
The WiFi isn’t working and it hasn’t for an hour. I rebooted twice and checked the provider site for any outage reports and there’s a few (it’s Spectrum). I can’t call directly because I don’t have the account. This has happened several times before where it went out for no reason and returned a few hours later but usually at night.
